Chef Jeff trained in NYC at The French Culinary Institute and worked at numerous restaurants such as Union Square Cafe, Osteria Del Circo and BlueSmoke. Jeff was also the Chef De Cuisine at Plumpjack Cafe upon moving to San Francisco.
For the past 11 years Chef Jeff has been a Private and Personal Chef in the Bay Area and has worked for some really amazing families.
Jeff gets his inspiration from the Local Marin and San Francisco Farmers Markets, Also from cookbooks and websites such as Simple Feast and the NY Times Cooking website.
